Armen Sargsyan is a multimedia and film producer at the Media Initiatives’ Center, an organization promoting free media in Armenia. Currently he manages the Media Literacy project. Armen Sargsyan hosted and produced award winning talk shows and weekly special series that aired from 1996 to 2014. He managed international media projects about conflicts in South Caucasus, Armenia-Turkey rapprochement, cross-border dialogue films on war, social conflicts and cohesion. Armen holds State Diploma of Linguistics and Pedagogy and an Excellency Certificate of International Broadcast Journalism.
Lusine Vardanyan’s expertise is in investor relations, investor communication, marketing management and equity research. Her 12 years career embraces marketing and PR management for the first Credit Information Bureau in Armenia, research and analysis projects for USAID, equity research for a leading investment boutique in London, as well as establishment and management of Investor Relations practice in Ameria Group. Lusine holds a BS degree in economics from Yerevan State University and MBA from a leading UK Business School. She is certified in investor relations by UK IR society.
As Director of Special Projects at Smithsonian’s Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage, Halle is responsible for expanding cultural sustainability work around the world, designing collaborative projects to support communities and partners in research and documentation to safeguard their heritage, promote cultural expression, and preserve and elevate cultural practices to improve and sustain local economies. Halle led the effort with USAID|Armenia to design My Armenia, which harnesses the power of storytelling to strengthen cultural sustainability through community-based tourism development. Prior to joining Smithsonian, Halle spent 10 years designing and implementing impact-driven international development programs in East Africa and Asia.
Mgr. Lucia Klapáčová, PhD., is an expert on building political strategies. Lucia was the chief of Foreign Affairs Office of SDKU-DS, leading political party in Slovakia, and later Chief of Cabinet of Deputy Foreign Minister of Slovakia. She has been leading several campaigns for national, local and European elections and participated in the development of political programs. She is a lecturer at Comenius University in Bratislava, runs Institute for Modern Slovakia focused on political education, and is an expert at Slovakia-based M.E.S.A.10 think tank.
Egle is a public sector management practitioner with hands-on experience in introducing and reforming results-based management approaches. Since 2010 she has been the head of the Strategic Planning Unit having fostered the introduction of strategic planning system across the Government in Lithuania. She has also worked in the Western Balkans, Eastern Partnership countries and Africa providing technical assistance and guidance on government reforms.
Raffi Meneshian is the founder of the World Music Management company and Pomegranate Music, an independent world and classical music record label. He has produced albums from a variety of artists, such as Italian classical guitar superstars SoloDuo, Hover Chamber Choir of Armenia, Iakovos Kolanian, Gor Mkhitarian, Bambir, and others. Raffi is a member of the Recording Academy, where he holds an annual vote for the Grammy Awards. He is an adjunct lecturer in Marketing at American University of Armenia. Raffi holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
Serge Vaezi manages Ogilvy PR’s strategy and creative teams developing best in class work for the EMEA region. Prior to joining Ogilvy, Serge spent ten years at Freuds as Director of Strategy, creating campaigns for diverse clients such as Airbnb, Pepsi, Lays and BMW. He is well-versed in brand development, campaign strategies and reputation management across consumer, corporate and social audiences. Serge is a big advocate of the ‘big idea’ that can work across integrated channels.
Cheryl Procter-Rogers is a PR Strategist and Executive Coach at A Step Ahead PR Consulting and Coaching, a USA-based global consulting practice. She has more than 35 years of experience in crisis communications, strategic planning, business strategy, executive coaching, internal communications and media relations strategy. Cheryl is a credentialed and certified master coach through the International Coach Federation and accredited in public relations from the Public Relations Society of America. She received PRSA’s Gold Anvil Award in 2011, the Society’s highest individual award for contribution to the profession. As a consultant, she has implemented a variety of strategies and campaigns for Coca-Cola, Nissan, Allstate, McDonald’s, Home Box Office, Sears, McCain Foods and Magellan Corporation, to name a few.
Kakha Magradze is currently a senior consultant and customer relations manager at Georgia’s Gepra PR and marketing communications company. His expertise is in event management, branding and strategic planning of communication. He has implemented communication projects for a number of Georgian ministries and developed communication strategies for over 30 local and international companies. He is a lecturer at Tbilisi PR School.
